Only real / paying customers can leave you a review .. no random strangers or fake reviews.

    For SaaS, Online or Offline based service companies - TrustSpot offers a few other ways to integrate with your company such as: BCCing a special email address we give you, Embedded Exit Survey, API, or even manual sending by uploading an excel document with the customer's name & email address.
